Privacy & terms
The person who runs this site runs this site for youth soccer coaches to tag, review and share their team's games among the team's coaches. This page says what it keeps, who can see it, and how to have it deleted. Questions or requests: ask your team's owner to pass it on to whoever runs this site.
What it keeps
- Coaches' accounts: your email address, and when you last signed in.
- Teams: each team's name, its coaches and their roles, invites (the email address invited), its use of the online processing and storage, and who confirmed, starting it, that the players' parents agreed to the filming.
- A log of what is done: who added, changed, moved or deleted a game, invited, took out or changed a coach, and started cloud jobs, and when. The site's admins see it; it's kept for a year.
- Games: the match videos coaches put here, and what is made from them: where the players were, tags, the roster (players' names and shirt numbers), highlight reels and match reports. Each save notes which coach made it.
The players
The videos show the players, who are usually children, and a roster can name them. Players don't have accounts and don't use the site. A team's coaches are responsible for having the agreement of the players' parents (or of the club, on their behalf) to film the games and keep them here, and whoever starts a team confirms this. Naming players by first name or shirt number is enough for everything the site does.
Who can see it
Only the team's own coaches, signed in. A team's games are never public and there are no public links; coaches of other teams can't see them or tell they exist. The site's admins see each team's name, its owners' email addresses and what it uses, not its games. The person who runs this site can reach the stored files technically, and only does so to keep the site running, or when a team asks.
There are no adverts and nothing is sold. The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in.
The services it uses
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the videos, the games and the teams.
- Clerk handles signing up and in: your email address, and how you sign in (a password, a code by email, or Google).
- Modal runs the online processing, Veo downloads and highlight reels on rented computers. The files pass through them for the job and aren't kept there.
- Veo: adding a match from a Veo link fetches its videos from Veo.
- Stripe takes the payments for a team's plan. Card details go to Stripe, never to this site, which keeps only the plan, its dates and Stripe's reference for it. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Anthropic (Claude) answers Ask about this game and writes the match reports. It is sent the game's tags, events and the roster (players' names and numbers), not the video. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
Deleting
- A team's owners can delete any of its games, a whole season, or the whole team. It's gone for everyone at once, and its files are deleted for good 7 days later (until then they can put it back), or at once with Delete for good.
- A coach can leave a team at any time. To have your email address removed from the site altogether, ask your team's owner to pass it on to whoever runs this site.
- A parent who wants a video, or their child's name, taken off can ask the team's coaches, or ask your team's owner to pass it on to whoever runs this site.
- Copies a coach has saved on their own computer aren't covered by this site.
Terms
- Use the site for coaching your own team. Only put here videos you are allowed to, and keep your sign-in to yourself.
- What the site works out by itself (players' positions, suggested moments, reports) can be wrong: check it before relying on it.
- The online processing and storage have limits, set per team by the site's admins. The site comes as it is, and may change or stop.
