Do I need a Veo camera?
No. Upload the video from XBotGo, a phone or any camera. Veo users can paste the match link instead, and Jaxo fetches the video itself.
Does it work with XBotGo?
Yes. Upload the match video your XBotGo recorded, straight from your phone. Jaxo follows the camera as it turns and zooms with the play, and a scoreboard on the video doesn't get in its way. Mark a few points on the pitch once, and it finds the players and suggests the moments.
Can I film the game with my phone?
Yes. Film in landscape from the halfway line, as high up as you can, with the whole pitch in view, and keep the phone steady on a tripod or a fence. How well Jaxo finds the players and suggests the moments depends on the video: the sharper and steadier it is, the better, and 4K is best.
What happens after I add a game?
Jaxo follows the players and the ball and suggests the goals, shots, passes and duels. Processing a full match takes about 20 to 45 minutes, and Jaxo can email you or send a notification when it is done.
How accurate are the stats?
Jaxo does the first pass and you have the final say: it suggests the goals, shots, passes and duels, and you keep or drop each one with a single key, so your stats only count what you kept. The clearer the video, the better the suggestions.
Which ages and formats does it work for?
Any youth game you can film: 7v7, 9v9 or 11v11. You set the size of your pitch, and the stats and maps follow it.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it's free for good: tag and review as many games as you like, and each month Jaxo processes 1 of your games for you, makes highlight reels for 5 and adds 2 matches from Veo. No card needed. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial.
Who can see our games?
Only the people in your team: the coaches the owner invites, and parents if you invite them to watch. Parents see the games, stats and highlights but can't change anything. Players never need an account.
Is our players' video kept private?
Yes, it's never made public. When starting a team, its owner confirms the players' parents agreed to the filming, and can delete any game, or the whole team, at any time.
How do parents get their child's highlights?
When you've reviewed a game, send it to the parents: each one gets an email with a reel of their own child's moments, ready to save or share.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes. Jaxo speaks English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Polish and Japanese, charges in your local currency where it can, and measures distances in kilometres, or miles in the US.
Can I change plans mid-season?
Yes, at any time. You're charged, or credited, only for the rest of the period.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your plan until the end of what you paid for, then move to Free. Your games stay.
