Terms of Service

Jaxo Analytics is for youth soccer coaches and the families they invite. Using it means agreeing to these terms and to the privacy notice, which says what is kept and who can see it. Questions: write to eric@jaxoanalytics.com.

Using it

• Use the site for coaching and following your own team.
• Only put here videos you are allowed to: a team's coaches are responsible for having the agreement of the players' parents (or of the club, on their behalf) to film the games and keep them here.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself, and invite only the team's own coaches and families.
• Don't use the site to harm anyone, break the law, or get at what isn't yours.

Your games

• The videos, tags and rosters you put here stay yours. The site uses them only to do what it does for your team: processing, reels, reports, and keeping them safe.
• You can delete them at any time, as the privacy notice says.

What it works out

• What the site works out by itself (players' positions, speeds, suggested moments, reports) can be wrong: check it before relying on it.

Plans and limits

• The online processing and storage have limits, set by each team's plan.
• The site comes as it is, and may change or stop. These terms may change too: the date below says when they last did.

Paying for a plan

• A paid plan renews by itself every month or year, until it is canceled.
• Cancel at any time in Team Settings › Plan › Manage billing: the team keeps its plan until the end of the period paid for, then moves to Free. Its games stay.
• Changing plan takes effect at once: the difference for the rest of the period is charged, or credited.
• The first time a team subscribes, it gets a 14-day free trial: canceled before it ends, nothing is charged.
• If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of choosing it, without giving a reason: you pay only for the days it was used, and the rest is refunded. To withdraw, use Withdraw from contract here in Team Settings › Plan, or write to eric@jaxoanalytics.com.
